Kenya faces Nigeria

Six times Africa champions Kenya launch their quest for the Africa Nations Cup volleyball title against Nigeria at the Africa Nazarene University from 4pm on Wednesday.
The Pool 'A' match clash will be preceded by the same group's tie between two-time title holder Egypt and Cameroon from 12pm.
According to the draw done last evening, defending champions Algeria open Pool 'B' assault against Senegal at 2pm.
Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF) secretary general, Evans Wasike said all the matches will be played at the Africa Nazarene University complex.
Even though under pressure to deliver their seventh Africa Nations Cup title, the buoyant Kenya women's volleyball team is confident of victory.
"It's needless to say that we are under pressure to perform and win but for sure, this is the best squad that I have ever assembled," said head coach David Lung'aho.
"Victory beckons for us but it's going to be a tough affair."

Kenya claimed its maiden Africa title during the fifth edition of the event in 1991 in Cairo and were to serve historic back-to-back victories in 1993, 1995 and 1997.
They would miss the 1999, 2001 and 2003 diadem but were to single their return with two consecutive victories in 2003 and 2007 to assert their supremacy as the most successful nation in women's volleyball in the continent.
It's the 2007 victory that earned them a ticket to the World Cup but they didn't defend their continental crown in 2009 in Algeria as the team failed to travel.
"We boast of one of the best combinations ever and that made the final team selection the toughest ever in my coaching career," said Lung'aho
